Tammy Weiler founded Singles Travel International because she had been a single traveler all of her life. Tammy began as a flight attendant for Pan Am just after graduating from Northern Illinois University, and then began creating incentive travel programs for fortune 100 companies while working for a sales promotion agency in New York.

Tammy always loved taking people to new and exciting places. The problem was that when she went on her own vacation, she didn’t always have someone to go. After talking to other singles, Tammy realized that she was not alone in her dilemma. Tammy realized that if she could link single travelers together, travel could be a more rewarding experience for everyone.

Since founding Singles Travel International, based in Lockport, Ill., Tammy has been creating custom designed itineraries and operating tours that accommodate the needs of the single traveler.
